To respect everyone’s time (yours and mine!), please note the following: • If you are running late, please let me know! A 10-15 minute grace period will be allotted. (Depending on the service and time needed for said service). If you are past the 10-15 minute grace period, your appointment will be marked as a no show and will be charged 50% of the service. • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service total. Multiple cancellations may result in not being able to book future services. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may result in not being able to book future services. • For longer or specialty services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to book.
